Founder Chad Briand spent a decade working inside the BONE Structure steel-framed home system, training builders, coordinating projects, and seeing firsthand what worked, what failed, and what needed to evolve. STEEL Structure Homes was built as the next generation of that experience — more practical, more transparent, and designed for North American scale.

Clients can bring their own design, start from one of our model concepts, or develop a fully custom home with our design and engineering partners.
